Friends of Nevis was established in 2008 to help look after and manage Ben Nevis and the surrounding area. As a natural and cultural environment attracting over 100,000 visitors every year, the area needs sensitive management to maintain and protect its unique landscapes, flora and fauna.
With the exception of Rory, our Volunteer Co-ordinator, every Friend of Nevis is a volunteer and gives up their own time to look after this wonderful landscape and work with other local organisations for the benefit of locals and visitors alike.
